How to Get the Most from Your Cleanse
Before Day 1
• The evening before Day 1, transfer your Day 1 bottles (7 bottles) from the freezer to the refrigerator to thaw overnight.
• Each morning of the cleanse, move the following day's 7 bottles from the freezer to the fridge so they are ready for the next day.
• Eat progressively lighter 1–2 days before starting — reduce meat, alcohol, caffeine and processed food. A light vegetable dinner the night before Day 1 is ideal.
• Aim for 2 litres of water or herbal tea daily alongside your juices throughout the cleanse.
During the Cleanse
• Drink each bottle at its scheduled time — the sequence is calibrated to your body's natural Pitta, Kapha, and Vata cycles.
• Day 2 is the most intensive. Mild fatigue or headaches on this day are a sign the cleanse is working. Rest, hydrate, and trust the process.
• Gentle movement is encouraged on all three days — walking, restorative yoga, stretching. Avoid gym sessions and intense cardio.
• If genuine hunger occurs, fresh fruit, raw nuts or vegetable broth is acceptable.
• Sleep early on all three nights. Your body does its deepest repair work while you sleep.
After Day 3
• Day 4 morning: warm lemon water, then fresh fruit, then cooked vegetables or soup by midday. Reintroduce solid food gradually over 24 hours.
• Avoid immediately returning to alcohol, fried food or processed meals. Allow your newly cleansed system 1–2 days to readjust.
• Many clients find Days 4–5 post-cleanse to be the most energetic and mentally clear days of the entire experience.
