How to Get the Most from Your Cleanse?
#1 Two - Three Days Before You Begin
• Reduce caffeine, alcohol, red meat and processed food 2–3 days before Day 1. This dramatically reduces detox symptoms on Day 3.
• Eat plant-based, lightly cooked meals in the lead-up. Kitchari, vegetable soups and salads are ideal.
• Start your day with warm lemon water in the mornings before the cleanse begins — this starts the Agni priming process.
• If you are on any medications, consult your healthcare provider before beginning a five-day juice cleanse.
#2 Managing Your Freezer & Thaw Schedule
• You will receive juice bottles with days labelled on them.
• Each evening, move the next day's 7 bottles from the freezer to the refrigerator — they thaw perfectly overnight and are ready at 7am.
• Day 1 bottles: move to the fridge the night before you start. Day 2 bottles: move on to Day 1 evening. Continue this pattern throughout the cleanse
#3 During the Cleanse — Every Day
• Begin with your shot at 7am before any other liquid, including water.
• Follow the 2-hour schedule — the gaps are designed for digestion, not aesthetics.
• Drink 1.5–2 litres of additional water or herbal tea across each day.
• Avoid caffeine, alcohol and solid food. Small amounts of raw fruit, vegetable broth or a handful of nuts are permitted if hunger is acute.
#4 Day 3 — Special Note
• Day 3 is the Fire day — the peak of the cleanse. Some people experience heightened fatigue, mild headaches or emotional sensitivity. This is the toxins leaving. Rest, keep warm, drink extra herbal tea and trust the process. This is the day the cleanse is doing its deepest work.
#5 Days 4 & 5 — The Shift
• Most clients describe Day 4 as a turning point — a noticeable lift in energy, mood and mental clarity. The hard work of Day 3 is behind you. Follow the schedule as normal and allow yourself to enjoy the lightness.
• Day 5 is the integration day. You will feel the cumulative effect of five days of intentional nourishment. Energy is steady, the mind is clear, and many clients describe a felt sense of calm that is the classical Ayurvedic sign of restored Ojas.
• Continue the same daily rhythm on both days — shot at 7am, follow the 2-hour schedule, and close with Sweet Pine at 6pm as always.
#6 After Your Cleanse — Days 6 & 7
• Day 6 morning: warm lemon water, then fresh fruit, then a light soup or grain bowl by midday.
• Day 7: normal eating can gradually resume — you will find your appetite and cravings have naturally recalibrated.
• Many clients continue one or two juices daily in the weeks following — particularly Superfood Greens at noon and Sweet Pine in the evening.
