This is not just a juice cleanse. The 5-Day Pancha Tattva Rasayana is a complete elemental journey drawn from the ancient doctrine of the Pancha Mahabhuta — the Five Great Elements. Each day corresponds to one element, guiding the juice sequence, healing intention, and physiological transformation for that day.

All our juices and shots are freshly squeezed and frozen immediately to lock in maximum nutrients, enzymes, and live goodness at their peak.

•      Store: Keep all bottles in the freezer upon delivery.

•      Plan-ahead thaw: Transfer the next day's bottles to the refrigerator the evening before — they thaw perfectly overnight.

•      Quick thaw: Leave sealed bottles at room temperature for 60–90 minutes before consumption.

•      Once thawed: Consume within 24 hours. Never refreeze a thawed bottle. Discard any juice not consumed within your daily schedule.

•      Frozen shelf life: Juices and shots stay fresh for a very long time — up to several months — when kept frozen. For best experience, consume within a reasonable time after receiving your order.

•      Natural separation: Colour separation in cold-pressed juice is completely normal — give the bottle a gentle shake before drinking.
